Enhancing well-being through mindfulness

MBRICS is a mental health startup dedicated to enhancing well-being through the integration of Buddhist mindfulness techniques and storytelling. Over the last five years, we have successfully delivered mindfulness training to multiple MNCs and groups, creating unique, evidence-based approaches that blend ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic practices. Our programs help individuals cultivate inner peace, resilience, and emotional balance. By using engaging stories rooted in Buddhist teachings, we guide users on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, empowering them to live more mindful and fulfilling lives. Our mission is to make mental wellness accessible and effective for everyone.

"Your mental health matters..."

On the professional front....I am struggling everyday....Negative vibes all around , thanks to my positive attitude that I am able to survive in these adverse situations. But there is a limit to everything...And I was losing my patience...Then this workshop came as a miracle......Thank you so much for giving me confidence once again and sharing the idea of mindfulness “

“I invited Ashish and his team to conduct a workshop for our Professors and Lecturers and I must say that the response was overwhelming. I was talking to one of our professors and he said the training has changed the way he now interacts with her students. On a personal level it was eyeopener to how many times we just rush through life without living it. With mindfulness I can now experience every moment being in here and now...thanks a ton !”
